MSN reports that Judge Hal Greenwald granted a temporary restraining order for the publication and distribution of Mary Trump's expose "Too Much and Never Enough." Meanwhile it's already #4 on Amazon.
According to the order, Mary Trump and publisher Simon & Schuster will appear before Judge Greenwald on July 10th. Mary's lawyer's argument for publication and distribution is based on the First Amendment. That may or may not fly at the hearing and the book may or may not be distributed. Boutrous indicates his client will appeal.
Simon & Schuster had also published John Bolton's expose of the Trump Administration.
Harder is the powerhouse media lawyer who brought down Gawker. In "Hulk Hogan v. Gawker," the jury delivered the $140 million verdict against Gawker. Eventually Gawker went poof. Later he represented Melania Trump in a defamation legal action against media.
