"O'Reilly v. McPhilmy" - Fox's Bill O'Reilly loses custody of his two chidren

The custody battle had been going on for three years.

As Trotter also reports, O'Reilly's 17-year-old daughter had said that "she witnessed O'Reilly drag her mother down a staircase by the neck."

Although the children will not reside with O'Reilly, he does have legal input into decisions affecting them. Those range from schooling to medical treatment.
