U.S. District Judge George O'Toole Jr. denied the defense's request to delay the trial of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev. He is suspected to be a prime mover in the Boston Marathon bombing. Also denied was a change of venue from Boston to New York or Washington D.C. Here is the coverage in Bloomberg.
