Then he decided to run in the governor's race. That also wasn't turning out so hot. In Politico.com, Jessica Taylor reports that he wasn't doing as well as the Democratic Party had hoped. And their hope was for a Democrat to regain that post.
It's now expected, states Taylor, that today he will announce that he will drop out of the race.
