Sandy could be the tipping points for law firms toying with the idea of leaving behind pricey leasing space in lower Manhattan and relocating to Northern New Jersey and Southwestern Connecticut. Some weather experts are predicting that a wall of water - 6 t 11 feet above normal tide levels - could take over downtown New York City.
Jersey City in New Jersey and Stamford in Connecticut could be where commercial real estate agents might be showing office space.
