Sandy Ate The Election

MH900316924_edited-1The losing candidates and parties will claim that Sandy was the reason for their defeat.  There will be many ways to provide evidence for this.  For example, in Maryland, Governor Martin O'Malley is calling off early voting tomorrow, reports POLITICO.
