In Connecticut, which tilts toward Democrat, the GOP will take whatever edge it can get. And being listed on the top line of the ballot in November may turn out to give an edge.
As THE HARTFORD COURANT reports, the Connecticut Supreme Court ruled that the GOP does get that top line. The ruling was unanimous. With some races expected to be close, the GOP could have an advantage with voters who just go for the top line, assuming whatever.
