Jason Mount is the second white male to file a reverse discrimination lawsuit against Janet Napolitano, head of Homeland Security, reports THE NEW YORK POST. Like James Hayes, Mount contends he was passed over for promotions. But unlike Hayes he does not claim sexual harassment.
Mount is seeking $300,000 versus Hayes' request for $3 million. If this goes to trial, which it probably won't, the media won't let a word go uncovered.
