OJ Dream Team Robert Shapiro Representing Lindsay Lohan

Well he got O.J. Simpson off the hook and he co-founded LegalZoom.  Now, for his next challenge attorney Robert Shapiro is representing Lindsay Lohan.  His objective is to keep her out out jail.  His strategy, reports Adrian Chen in GAWKER, is to not to appeal her sentence but rather to have it converted to time spent in rehab.   Not very innovative, is it.
