Timing is everything

When he returned from the political wilderness, current New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo showed he had grown up.  Grown ups know that timing is everything.  Wisely, Cuomo delayed any announcement of running for the Governor's job.  The dust first has to settle after the incumbent said he was not seeking the office.
