Defendant in the Chimp-Attack $50-million lawsuit Sandra Herold might be able to be the plaintiff in a lawsuit related to the labeling on Xanex. After all it's the label which is at the core of much of litigation against BigPharma.
A plaintiff attorney might question if the label on the Xanex which might have been administered to Travis the Chimp indicated explicitly that it was "not for use by 200-pound primates." Had the label spelled that out, Travis might not have been given a medication that led to his attack of a human being and ultimately his own death. Because of that death, Herold is without his companionship.
