"Obama may see tort reform as way to show he's moderate," plaintiff attorney Bill Marler

During the night I reached plaintiff attorney Bill Marler of Marler Clark Law Firm.  Since the early 1990s, Bill has been focused on ensuring the safety of the food supply chain, which has now become global.  I asked him about tort reform in this new administration.

"My thought, Jane," responded Marler, "is that Obama may actually see tort reform as a way to show he is a moderate."

You can read Bill's blog on food safety and its weak links here.
