Dickie and Zach Scruggs haven't been doing well under the authority of Judge Biggers. The latest disappointment for the father-son pair is that their requests for what slammers to be assigned to were turned down by the Judge. There's more. They will each be going to different prisons.
As John O'Brien reports in LEGAL NEWSLINE, Dickie will be going to the slammer in Ashland, Kentucky and Zach will be going to the one in Pensacola, Florida. They will be 774 miles apart.
That's what I would expect right it's supposed to be punishment?
Especially for someone that's supposed to uphold the law and is corrupt.
