OH "Thomas" Award-Winner Opines on alleged AG scandal

Lead paint watchers have plenty to watch this April - California which seems to be gearing up for a lead paint public nuisance blowout by Santa Clara et al.; Rhode Island Supreme Court briefs; Wisconsin Supreme Court briefs being filed in a lead personal injury appeal; and Ohio alleged sex scandal in the office that brought us the statewide public nuisance suit.

However, one of us takes a break for some levity.  This lead paint watcher is based in the Buckeye State and won the award in "Thomas" for alternative opening statements for Motley Rice attorney Jack McConnell [who was quoted in THE PROVIDENCE JOURNAL's article by Peter Lord about the RI SC webcast].  This master of irony, who aspires to write for Jon Stewart some day, has noted:

"Jane, if you have every seen the move 'SuperBad,' (which would indeed surprise me since it contains 'American Pie' low-brow wit), you might look at our state's Attorney General Marc Dann as possibly resembling the character called 'McLovin.'"

Other observations on anything lead paint welcome.  Please leave a comment or contact Mgenova981@aol.com.
