OH AG Dann - Like mentor Spitzer, might be involved in alleged sex scandal

My Ohio-based sources told me months ago this story related to the office of Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann was going to break.  Today, it finally did in the COLUMBUS DISPATCH.  The headline reads "Sexual harassment alleged."  The subhead goes on to say, "Two attorney general's office employees complain of supervisor's inappropriate comments, touching." 

In this article by Alan Johnson and James Nash, there is little of the ambiguity of many sexual-harassment charges. Most complaints are based on innuendo which has to be deconstructed.  Not this one. There is plenty of alleged graphic details such as a female employee's waking up in the bedroom of a condo which Dann shared with two other men.  Report Johnson and Nash, the employee Cindy Stankoski found "three buttons of her pants undone and Gutierrez [a section chief for AG Dann] lying beside her wearing only underwear."

There's more. Stankoski alleges that when Gutierrez and she came to the apartment after drinks, report Johnson and Nash, "Dann was at the condo when they arrived.  Already there was Dann's scheduler, Jessica Utovich, who according to the complaint, 'walked in w. pj's and laptop' and lay down on the floor to work on her computer."

Where does all this stand?  The article states, "Without investigating the veracity of the allegations, the attorney general's office is trying to settle [these] sexual-harassment complaints."  Guess this could be the first and last peek we get at the alleged juicy details.  If a settlement is reached, it will probably have a gag order.
