"Thomas" Update as of 10/29 PM

According to the Wisconsin Court System website, here are the most recent developments in "Thomas."

  • Millennium Holdings' joinder in the offer of proof for William Banner Jr., M.D., Ph.D. - filed.
  • Sherwin-Williams' motion in limine to preclude plaintiff from making improper, inflammatory and prejudicial statements in closing arguments - filed.
  • DuPont's objections to the Court's proposed closing instructions and special verdict form - filed.
  • At 4:30 P.M., defendant and plaintiff attorneys were ordered to appear on October 30 at 9:30 A.M. The jury is ordered to appear back in court on October 31 at 9:00 A.M. to hear closing arguments.
