In the media, there's no getting away from Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann.
Today he's in THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, saying that his job is to be the bad cop, particularly in the subprime mortgage mess. Peter Lattman reports Dann's pedigree: Law school in Case Western Law, Michigan and early legal career in a Youngstown, OH strip mail as a divorce and personal bankruptcy lawyer. In 2004 he began his political career as state senator and now he is everywhere in the media as OH AG.
The two comments which came in from readers to THE WALL STREET JOURNAL are negative, one referring to Dann as "scum," the other as a "lightweight."
